What does 407 ETR’s Ombudsman do for Highway 407? Is there a separate Ombudsman?

In an effort to provide a seamless and integrated customer experience for joint users of 407 ETR and Highway 407, 407 ETR’s Office of the Ombudsman will provide the same unbiased customer dispute resolution oversight for the provincially owned Highway 407 as is currently provided for 407 ETR.
