407 ETR endeavors to ensure the accurate recording and billing of all trips taken on the highway.  An all-electronic system records over 200 million roadside transactions per year. System billing errors are very rare. To minimize errors, 407 ETR makes continuous system improvements, and the Province of Ontario has an audit process to assist in the identification of errors related to Highway 407. In addition, customers have access to a multi-level resolution system to have errors addressed.
